Your money will be ring fenced prior to the travel dates so we are able to give you your hard earned cash back if Covid makes a return and means we are unable to travel.
ADDING YOUR EXTRAS
Why holiday separately because of money?! We know that everyone’s on a different budget, so book onto the base package and then add any extras that suit you!
DEPOSIT
You can book your place on our trips for only 10% and pay the remaining amount 6 weeks before the trip.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Once your deposit is paid, we can accept instalment payments as late as 6 weeks before your trip. There is a small £5 booking fee too.

This means your hard earned cash is fully protected and they are on hand as well as the Gradski team to assist you with any questions you may have.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We add on a £65.00 damage deposit, this is securely held by WhiteRoad and as long as the accommodation is left unharmed and tidy this will get transferred back to you after the trip.
